Switch account and improve create account visibility

Description

New profile button is only visible after Logging out from what i see, right? Also new account button is not bringing attention to the user.

Motivation

Better user experience, more easy account/profile managing.

Requirements

1. Put "Create new profile" button in one of these areas maybe?
   
2. Make "Create +" button in another color so it will be more conspicuous

Another thing that came into my mind is Profile selector. Shouldn't we see all profile names on that box and choose profile from there too?
