Shimmer tokens missing after claiming

Hi!
I claimed my Shimmer tokens with the Firefly Desktop app 2.0 and my ledger nano X. On first try I only was able to claim 2/3 of my tokens. Several attempts to do a wallet search doesn't find the left tokens.
Any idea how to claim the missing tokens? I already did the search for about ten times...

Solved.
I did install the app on my macbook (other app was running on my Windows PC) from scratch and did another claim. Found the missing tokens immediately.
