Shimmer claim: My shimmer show on my asset but not on my balance

Hi, I have a problem. I claimed my shimmer reward using my ledger nano s and it shows on my asset but not on my balance. What should I do to get my shimmer reward on my balance. I hope it makes sense. Thanks
