Problems with firefly, profile blocked and does not show all my portfolio

Hello,
I have a problem with my account in the firefly wallet, I haven't logged in for a long time and when I logged in it doesn't show me the wallet correctly, it only shows me the Shimmer ones. If I click on refresh the transactions, it asks me for the password, when I include it and click on accept, a message appears at the bottom of "Something has gone wrong"
If I click on my user, I see that the "Blocked profile" option is active

I would appreciate if you help me to solve this problem
