Update coins sent amplitude event

Props:

• coinType: string e.g. 0x2::iota::IOTA
• amount: number

Note to format the number based on the coin decimals to get the human readable amounts, eg for IOTA if the user sends 10 IOTA should send to amplitude 10 and not 10*10⁹
