Migrate to Stargate #355
Description
Migration phases:
- Create a Dockerfile with required toolchain to migrate to Stargate
- Change all types to protobuf
- msgs
- types
- Update codecs
- Update queries
- Update gRPC
To have an example of the stargate migration, please check this PR
Launchpad (cosmos-sdk v0.39.1) got iovns off the ground but in order to move forward we need to use Stargate (cosmos-sdk 0.40.x). Stargate devs chat in https://discord.com/channels/669268347736686612/723170066937413693.
