Can you provide some guidelines on how I can use this component as direct plugin.

What do you mean with "direct plugin"?
This component shows how AlloyEditor can be used from React component in your application.

With direct plugin, I meant some higher order component(HOC) which has
everything required to use this react component and all the config options
can be passed to this HOC.

For now to use this component, I have created component which has all the
code same as in src/alloyeditor.js then I imported this component.

Then on html I provided the public path for CK_EDITOR and ALLOY_EDITOR.
I followed your instruction from
#5 .

Also after doing this, it has increased by build time in webpack.

I may be doing something wrong. But for all the other component I have
used, it used to provide some HOC which I can directly use.
