Consider creating a styleguide provider component

This component would:

• Automatically infer the app node and configure Modal.setAppElement automatically.
• Automatically install KeyboardOnlyOutlines component

Note that underneath, it should use React's context API so that the Modal is not unnecessarily included in the build in case it's not used.
