Create a build & release script

[satazor]

• Setup https://github.com/johnagan/clean-webpack-plugin to remove the dist folder
• Build extension for Chrome
• Build extension for Firefox
• Add both build dist files to IPFS
• Pin CID of both builds
• Include the CIDs into the CHANGELOG / RELEASES

Later on, we could also:

• Publish to Chrome & Firefox stores automatically
