Missing --help for: ipfs dht findprovs --enc=json

Description

ipfs dht findprovs QmbWqxBEKC3P8tqsKc98xmWNzrzDtRLMiMPL8wBuTGsMnR --enc=json yields way more information than the text version. IIUC most of peers in JSON response are NOT providers, but jump-points while the DHT walk occurs.

We should document the --enc=json behavior and the meaning of Extra and Type fields so it is displayed in --help and on https://docs.ipfs.io/reference/http/api/#api-v0-dht-findprovs
