[enhancement] Multiple instances of meshcore-mqtt should fail gracefully

If a second meshcore-mqtt is unwittingly started, it breaks the bridge functions.

Suggest an enhancement that subsequent meshcore-mqtt bridges will output a message to the log and fail gracefully.
