Description

Daan Waardenburg from Quantware suggested implementing an Element in KQC that would generate an arbitrary element from Qiskit Metal with support for basic things like layers and ports.

Use case

Easily adapt existing Qiskit Metal designs to KQC. Enables using a hybrid workflow with both software.
