Using IQ-TREE for distance computation

I need to compute pairwise sequence distances for a large number of MSAs. Currently, I use FastME for this purpose, but I would like to switch to IQ-TREE because it offers additional models, greater flexibility, and better performance (which is especially important, given the size of the dataset). However, to my knowledge, IQ-TREE does not provide an option to terminate execution immediately after generating the distance matrix. Is there an undocumented way to achieve this?

I am also interested in generating trees from these distance matrices. Again, I am unsure whether IQ-TREE supports running NJ/BIONJ/RapidNJ directly from a precomputed distance matrix, or alternatively, stopping execution immediately after the corresponding tree is generated. Is it possible to use IQ-TREE solely for tree inference from distance matrices?
