Specifying -blmin 1e-6 but there seems branches with bl smaller than that #122

Hi iqtree,
I tried to specify the min of bl to be 1e-6 in iqtree but in the resulting haha.treefile, however, i found still some branches have bl of zero, e.g., t1:0.0000000000. Do you know why this is? Note that i fixed the tree topology.
iqtree -redo -s combined.phy -m LG+G -te iqtree.treefile -pre haha -blmin 1e-6
I use iqtree v3.0.1. The resulting and input files are attached. Thanks!
