Missing output and visualizing trees

Hi all,

Thank you for developing this tool. I'm running the IQ2MC workflow, and everything runs without errors. When the run finishes, I'm missing the .log file and I'm left with two trees in the .out file that don't seem right. I've attached the .out and .ctl files here. Any suggestions?

Hi @austinchipps,

There was some missing fields in ctl file generated by IQ-TREE (therefore the mcmctree log file is not generated) , and we have fixed the issue and updated in IQ-TREE master branch.

We will release the fixes with new IQ-TREE3 version soon. Here, I have attached the binaries which you can try out for the moment. The mcmctree release here does not contain any issues. Please let me know if you get any errors. Thanks you!
