Move away from Foundation branding

Foundation -> ircdocs, or just IRC or something I guess. don't need to be too crazy with it, keep it simple etc

eb211cc does a fair bit of this, but we should probably excise a lot more of the specific branding stuff that exists in the CSS and all to simplify things down even more.
