• The first set being a bigram instead of a 5-gram is interesting
• There is a random newline that happens on the twelvth line of the cipher. This could also indicate that the cipher is split into two parts, with one potentially being the key
• There is a theory that this is not a hex character encoding, but a base10 number converted to base16.
