From the plan document: "Design of the GUI will be focussed on for the majority of this phase. This will include all the core GUI functionality, including adding/removing files, selecting the desired data to export (including specifying look-zone vs slide-metric), swapping the axis of the export file, and actually exporting the file itself. For options that can have more than one value chosen, we plan on using checkboxes to mark whether or not an option is selected. Single value options will take the form of either a dropdown or radio buttons."

The focus of this prototype will be to implement multi-file support, as well as the necessary core internal functionality. This will likely take the form of a simple command line interface to allow one of the developers to specify the files to be analyzed and the destination of the output file. The statistic to slice on will be hard coded at this stage of development."
