Python is not responding error.

Usually when I open Input database in Spine Interface, I get this error and the whole FlexTool crashes.
Could this be due to a memory issue?
Is it recommended not to open large database with Spine interface. Could this be prevented?

I haven't seen that. Could be a memory issue - can you watch your memory usage from system monitor (task monitor) and see if that is what could be happening.

I haven't seen total freezing either even with quite large databases. If it is a SQLite database, what is the file size? How many entities there are? How much memory your system has?

The Database editor may try to start in a previous state where it cannot handle large datasets. Stored states can be cleansed with:
File -> Settings -> General -> Reset settings to factory defaults
Restart Toolbox afterwards.
