Upcoming dependency upgrade notification

Hello developers,

Please be advised in advance that we will upgrade Ursa’s minimum Avalonia dependency version from 11.1.1 to 11.3.7. This update is driven by three key improvements:

• To respect the latest Window.CanMaximize attribute and enhance Ursa’s TitleBar behavior. See details: Add Window.CanMinimize/CanMaximize AvaloniaUI/Avalonia#18117
• To utilize ResourceDictionary.SetItems for optimized localization performance. See details: Implement SetItems method in ResourceDictionary AvaloniaUI/Avalonia#18354
• To adopt Semi.Avalonia 11.3.7, which includes the latest AI-related color resources and deprecates certain backported StreamGeometry resources. See details: Add AI-related color resources to theme palette and demo Semi.Avalonia#689
