Could not create instance. Tag value exceeds the maximum length of 256 character

GoCD happily allows to exceed 256 characters in pipeline naming, but AWS is not particularly optimistic about the same. The suggestion is to trim the Name tag or just come up with some generic name and put a link to the pipeline in some other tag
