Remove placeholder spec file for iro-chromatic_adaptation-transform

**Why:** The file contained only a pending example with no substantive
tests or implementation. Keeping unused files clutters the repository.

**What was changed:** Deleted the
`chromatic_adaptation-transform_spec.rb` file.

No side effects expected.
