TDA v3.0 unusable

Hello,

I just tested TDA V3.0 (both as installed app using .dmg and using just using java -jar tda-3.0.jar) and I don't get anything usable. Using macOS 26.3.1. I also tried with tda-2.6.jar and got the same result.

Any advice, please?

Can you provide the threaddump.txt you tried to open? (Check, if it does contain any sensitive information before attaching it here and maybe remove this)

This file is
threaddump.txt: Unicode text, UTF-16, little-endian text, with CRLF line terminators
which java does not expect by default. It expects UTF-8 usually (depending on your used JDK)

You can convert the file with something like this:
iconv -f UTF-16LE -t UTF-8 threaddump.txt > threaddump_utf8.txt

I will check if I can add an automatic detection for this to the analyzer.
