Back out of fix for #101 when GenQuery changes for apostrophe support merged.

The fix in #101 forces one thread when a filename has an apostrophe. This can degrade performance for this one case if the file happens to be large.

This is related to irods/irods#8033.

If the iRODS server's version is 4.3.2 or later, the implementation can use GenQuery2 for logical paths containing apostrophes.
