Add grpc endpoint to provide Container information

We have a grpc endpoint StateContainer that returns a UUID string.
Instead we should think about something like a GetContainer endpoint, similar to the GetVM endpoint, that provides information about a specific container - similar to docker inspect.
Same for isolated pods.
