Extend `MachineEphemeralVolume` controller to infer os architecture

Summary

The issue #1408 introduced the possibility to define the architecture for a multi-arch operating system image. In this issue the MachineEphemeralVolume controller should be extended to infer the os architecture based on the Machine. This feature is part of ironcore-dev/roadmap#94.
