Fixing MJCF Converter for Isaac Lab Compatibility

Currently, the MJCF converter creates a USD that isn’t compatible with Isaac Lab. I submitted a PR to the extension, but since then it has been moved to legacy. I’ve managed to get it working locally, so it’s not very pressing for me anymore, but it’s still not very practical, and I believe it would be of interest to others. So either you could work on this, or I can submit a PR, even though you don’t currently accept contributions.

You’ll find the PR below. There are a few things I don’t like anymore since I originally made it:
