Add link to Github repo in curriculum overview to ask for contribution

The generated overview page (e.g. https://public.isaqb.org/curriculum-flex/) should not only hold links to HTML and PDF versions but also to the Github issue tracker and explicitly ask readers to raise issues if they spot something.
