Adding a ISCE -> dolphin -> Output geocoded velocity map example

It's currently just an idea, but I've found that it is possible to run the InSAR processing chain via Google Colab.
Currently the example in the document is based on the geocoded OPERA CSLC products, but there would be people who are working outside of the CSLC coverage. Therefore, I'd be motivated to add InSAR examples using the ISCE co-registered SLCs to run dolphin, and apply geocoding to the output velocity map :)
