Questions About Changing Coherence

Situation:

I have changed the coherence threshold in topsApp_template.xml by using the following code snippet:

 <component name ="topsapp_icu">
      <property name="INIT_CORR_THRESHOLD">0.2</property>
  </component>

This does not seem to do anything comparing the processed results from a coherence of 0.1 to 0.2. This leads me to ask the following questions:

1. Is this the correct code snippet to use for changing the coherence threshold when using the icu unwrapper?
2. If this is the correct code snippet, then could this be due to my version of ISCE?
3. If I do not specify this component in my topsApp_template.xml, what is the default coherence threshold used?
