Error @ topsApp with ionospheric correction

Hi,

InSAR processing using topsApp.py with ionospheric correction ended-up with the following error. The error occurred at step “mergebursts”. Any suggestions ?

Hi Sreejith,

Some of the ISCE2 scripts have /usr/bin/env python3 at the beginning of the script, so you need to make sure you have python3 in your PATH. With some recent Anaconda installations, they don't include python3 in the bin directory because they no longer include Python 2 and the main Python 'bin/python' is python 3. I had to create my own softlink in the Anaconda bin directory to have a python3.
