Update SUMMARY.csv's Notes for non-fatal errors #143
Description
When QA encounters a fatal error, it'd be nice if there was a Note here to give some explanation. On the other hand, often many things will fail at once when e.g. the input product fails to conform to the XML specification. In that case, it might be nice to put "See log file" in the Notes section.
