Action
Copy the [processed] center frequency for each subband from the input HDF5 to the QA STATS HDF5. Highest priority is to do this for RSLC, but nice to do this for all L1/L2 products.

Copy the center frequencies (A and B, if available) from the input RSLC to the RSLC QA output. The immediate need is to facilitate tropo/iono delay calculations.
Clarifications
Question from @nemo794 : RSLC contains both acquired and processed center frequency. Is the request for one or both of these?

Question from @nemo794 : Should this metadata be copied for any of the other L1/L2 products, too?
Answer from @Tyler-g-hudson : I imagine that it would be useful for pretty much any product with the potential exception of offsets, but it wouldn't be harmful in those products if it's easier to include for them
