CUDA on Windows

Hello Everyone.
I know about Open3D currently. I have a question: Does Open3D support running CUDA on Windows for the current release? So far, I see that the 0.14 release does not support running the library with CUDA on Windows
Cause I have been looking at the information and the guide to run the library with CUDA on Windows but I can not find a clear answer.
