No error thrown

I am currently attempting to use open3d to visualize two point cloud objects and find the nearest Euclidean distance between them when they are translated to given coordinate locations. When I click run, the script will pause for a moment then fail, with no error being thrown. Here is the code that triggers this issue:

working = o3d.geometry.TriangleMesh.create_box(width=self.ww, height=self.hw, depth=self.lw)
        
stirrer = o3d.geometry.TriangleMesh.create_cylinder(radius=self.ds/2, height=self.hs)

pcd_working = working.sample_points_uniformly(number_of_points=500)
pcd_stirrer = stirrer.sample_points_uniformly(number_of_points=500)

# Define translation vector
translation1 = np.array([self.offset_xw, self.offset_yw, self.offset_zw])
translation2 = np.array([self.wc / 2, self.space, self.space])

# Create transformation matrices
transformation1 = np.eye(4)
transformation1[:3, 3] = translation1

transformation2 = np.eye(4)
transformation2[:3, 3] = translation2

pcd_working.transform(transformation1)
pcd_stirrer.transform(transformation2)

o3d.visualization.draw_geometries([pcd_working, pcd_stirrer])

The dimensional parameters are all floats. Not sure if that datatype is an issue.
