Code in light theme is still showing in dark background

For example this page: https://ocaml.org/docs/installing-ocaml, those shell commands is not readable. Those white on black is okay, but those with syntax highlight can be problematic: text and background all shown as black.

I wonder if we can make such element shown as white on black, and no syntax highlight is fine
