[UPDATE] rewrite code-server article, fix technical terms and dates

- Rewrite code-server guide with latest v4.108.2, add 6 installation
  methods, HTTPS, reverse proxy, security sections (EN-UZ, EN, RU)
- Fix technical terms in Uzbek articles (keep English terms like
  self-signed, hashed password, working directory, etc.)
- Fix dates from 2026.02.11 to 2026.02.12 across all 12 files
