title on menu overflows in mobile view

Describe the bug
If user has too long titles on their navigation, the title will be cut off when viewed on mobile.

Expected behavior
Text should wrap to the bottom.

The text should wrap to ensure the chevron is still visible (If there is a chevron) for ppl to click on.

So I've given a fair stab at this problem (1-1.5 hours on this) but I'm quite stuck because the template CSS is messy; it's not very clear why the changes I'm making are not working. I'm going to need more time to figure this out.
