[ISSUE]: card slot number behavior inconsistencies #63

Describe the issue
save game color changing of the boot logo only works when the card containing saves is in memory card slot 1
judging by an uneducated look at main.c it seems the program is looking for the history file and ignores slot 2 if it finds something on slot 1?
perhaps it should combine both histories
in addition, loading mc?:SYS-CONF/PS2BBL.INI only works from memory card slot 1 and in addition, gives error "Can't find config, loading hardcoded paths" when bbl card is in slot 2
also in addition, the config file on an mx4sio is ignored when in slot 1 and works in slot 2
