bidimensional/distorted mesh #3

Hi, thank you for your work. I am experiencing a problem when trying to use your algorithm with my data. I have a closed mesh in PLY format that I converted following the mesh-processing procedure. However, when I execute the test.py script, I end up with a bidimensional mesh.
I have already modified the number of rows to take in account for this in both test.py and dataset.py. Additionally, I deleted the processed folder each time before running the script again, but the result is always as shown in the figure.
