Latest Version 1.0.2 does have the certAtlNames and certIPs changes

When I install vault-pki-client@latest it installs 1.0.2 and if you check the config.js it does not have the changes from PR#3

FWIW, this functionality is available in consul-template for a while now. If people still want to see it here, too, I can bump it on npm
