Consider supporting ".nyc.config.js" as a config file option

When it comes to config file naming, the typical pattern is for dev-based config files to begin with a .. You support that for JSON and YAML, but not for pure JS. Please consider adding to your array of available options .nyc.config.js.

I understand this might sound like a silly request, but when trying to organize large monorepos effectively, its the little things that help. Thank you for your consideration.
