[Single Program] Verify Title field is mandatory and cannot be empty

Preconditions

1. User is logged in as Admin
2. Templates are displayed
3. Title field contains data
4. Save functionality is available

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Title field
2. Select and delete all text to make field empty
3. Attempt to save changes or move focus away
4. Verify validation message appears
5. Verify field is highlighted as invalid

Expected result

1. System prevents saving with empty Title field
2. Validation error message displays (if applicable)
3. Field is highlighted/marked as invalid
4. Cannot proceed without filling Title field
5. Clear indication that field is mandatory

Postconditions
Mandatory field validation is active
Title field requires content
