1. Admin is logged in.
2. "Add New Program" modal is open.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on "Додати секцію" button
2. Select template T-1 and click on "Обрати шаблон" button.
3. Focus on “Опис” field
4. Enter test data 1 with 600 characters in "Опис" field
5. Try to enter additional test data 2 in “Опис” field

Expected result
Additional characters are not shown on “Опис” field
The character counter shows “600/600” for the “Опис” field
