CI with a specific purpose trust anchor

the CI should use a trust Anchor demo (ideally a compose with spid-cie-oidc-django, exactly as configured here: https://github.com/italia/iam-proxy-italia/blob/master/Docker-compose/docker-compose.yml#L223)

currently integration tests are done with cypress and the national Anchor trust, look here:
