Shrink oembed_providers.json

We embed oembed_providers.json in the compiled binary, but we don't need all the data it contains.

We can have an additional step that shrinks it down to a simple list of URLs which would take a fraction of the current size, and possibly allow us to remove the dependency on github.com/dyatlov/go-oembed.
