Mountainduck - WebDAV mount - quota at deeper levels not handled properly

Describe the bug
When no quota is set at root level but is set at lower levels, it is not properly inherited.

Problem occurs with WebDAV with sync-&-share solutions like ownCloud and Nextcloud.

1. On the root level, i.e. the account itself, there is no quota assigned.
2. On lower level, so an external/shared folder, there is quota/space available, however this is not well noticed.

To Reproduce
Issue is on Windows 10 Enterprise, 10.0.19042. But guess also on other platforms.

Issue is created with use of ownCloud or NextCloud sync-&-share solution.

1. Create an user account without storage quota - Example: John Doe
2. Create an extra user account with storage quota - Example: Jane Doe
3. Share an folder with all permissions from this Jane Doe to John Doe

Expected behavior
For each folder a propfind is done to get available storage space.

When I do a PROPFIND on the same endpoint;

Notes on the PROPFIND;

1. No storage is available at the root level - quota-available-bytes: 0
2. However on the folder Tom Test (Projectfolder), quota is available. quota-available-bytes: 10717105227

Windows 10 doesn't support Quotas for folders - just whole disks. As a workaround, please directly mount the folder to get accurate quota reportings by setting a Path in the connection configuration.

Understand that Windows does not have Folder quota, where this is explicitly something of sync-&-share solutions.
But maybe something can be figured out from your point of view?

Propfind not only at root level, but maybe with a certain flag that even before an upload you explicitly check of the destination folder has extra available storage quota different then the root level?
