how to add a new widget in the BookmarkForm window?

I want to add a new label and corresponding text box (typically when s3 protocol is selected, adding a new label of "Session token" and corresponding text box) in the bookmark window. I modified the code in BookmarkForm.Designers.cs, BookmarkController.cs, BookmarkForm.cs, ConnectionForm.cs, ConnectionForm.Designer.cs and IBookmarkView.cs. However, I could not see the label and text box in the rebuilt cyberduck. I wonder if there are other files I need to modify as well. Thanks for your insights in advance.
