New/Duplicate/Edit Bookmark is disabled

Describe the bug
Now i am not able to add more bookmarks, i have 31 total bookmarks.

I suppose you are viewing the History or Bonjour. Choose Bookmarks → Toggle Bookmarks (⌘B).
