Image files not processing into Big Commerce

I have recently changed from WINSCP to Cyberduck as we were having difficulty adding product images via the import file which has historically always worked there. However I've tried adding 2 new images in the usual format of SKU_portrait_1.jpg and they are just sitting in the Import file and not processing into Big Commerce assigning to the sku and moving into the Processed folder. Nothing has changed that I am aware of with Big Commerce and this worked up into 06/03/25 when we last did an import. Any ideas of how to resolve this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks
